My programmes are designed for women who are truly ready to commit. Not just to training, but to the process. If you're ready to put in the work, show up consistently, and trust the process, I'll be with you every step of the way.
The best way to find out is through the free consultation. I'll ask you about your goals, timeline, and lifestyle, and recommend the right option for you. There's no pressure to commit on the call.
Signature packages are designed for women committed to a specific outcome over a set period, with nutrition, progress tracking, mindset coaching and WhatsApp support fully included. Pay-as-you-go is for flexibility. Pre-pay for sessions, use them at your pace within the expiry window. Per-session cost is lower with packages because of the longer commitment.
Packages are paid upfront or in agreed instalments. Pay-as-you-go is paid in full at the start of each pack. We'll discuss all options during your free consultation.
I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged in full. Commitment and consistency are the foundation of real results.

Every in-person package is suitable for all fitness levels, including complete beginners. I adapt the programme to exactly where you are right now. Please note the Online Independent package is for experienced gym-goers only.
Yes. I offer two online coaching options: Premium at £395/month (daily check-ins, full support) and Independent at £225/month (for experienced gym-goers). Same expert programming, from wherever you are in the world.
